Commonwealth Business Summit to be hosted in Namibia this June
The Commonwealth Businesswomen’s Network (CBWN) is excited to invite our members to the inaugural Commonwealth Business Summit (CBS), taking place from 18–20 June 2025 in Windhoek, Namibia.
This landmark event, hosted by the Government of Namibia, marks a historic milestone as it convenes alongside the Commonwealth Trade Ministers Meeting which is being hosted for the first time ever outside of the United Kingdom.
Under the overarching theme ‘One Resilient Common Future: Transforming our Common Wealth’, the summit will focus on:
Enhancing intra-Commonwealth trade to reach the US$2 trillion target by 2030
Digital transformation and innovation
Green trade and sustainable energy transition
Public-private sector collaboration
The summit offers a unique platform for Commonwealth members to:
Network with policymakers, business leaders, and investors from across the Commonwealth
Gain insights into market opportunities and investment projects across key sectors
Participate in B2B matchmaking, business dialogues, and site visits
Contribute to shaping the future of Commonwealth trade and investment policies
CBWN encourages all our members, partners, and stakeholders to attend, engage, and lead conversations that matter, especially those that support gender-inclusive trade, entrepreneurship, digital innovation, and equitable growth across sectors.
